This field of palm trees, cattle and egrets took us by surprise. We thought we were back in the Dominican Republic where this was a common sight.

At first glance the Spring Sugar Mill Studio looks like it belongs somewhere in Arizona. The pottery is fired in the Raku style and looks like it could have come from the East Aurora Roycroft Shop.

The Spring Sugar Mill Studio is located in the ruins of the old mill using areas that still have a roof. How the artist's have made use of the existing remains is awesome.

Four week old hawkbill baby turtles about six inches long swim in a child-sized pool until they are old enough to move to larger quarters.
